Refund Policy

At ActiveCart, all products are sourced and fulfilled through our dropshipping partner Roposo Clout. Therefore, our refund policy strictly follows the refund rules and conditions set by Roposo Clout and its suppliers.

Refund Eligibility Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions (as per supplier policy):

Damaged or defective products

Incorrect product delivered

Product not delivered within the committed timeline (where applicable)

Refunds are not applicable for:

Customer change of mind

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Minor color or design variations

Product misuse or normal wear and tear

Refund Process Customers must raise a refund request by contacting activecartstore12@gmail.com with order ID and issue details.

The request will be reviewed and forwarded to Roposo Clout for approval.

Once approved by the supplier, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline Refund timelines depend on Roposo Clout and the payment provider. Typically, approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

ActiveCart acts as a facilitator and does not independently process refunds without supplier approval.
