ActiveCart follows a dropshipping-based return policy, governed by our fulfillment partner Roposo Clout.
Return Eligibility Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within the time frame specified by the supplier
Returns are not accepted for:
Customer dissatisfaction without product defect
Size, color, or design preference issues
Products damaged after use
Return Procedure Email activecartstore12@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear images/videos of the issue
We will submit the request to Roposo Clout
If approved, return instructions (if applicable) will be shared
In some cases, replacement or refund may be issued without physical return, as per supplier rules.
